for viewing the online calendar with examples. |

Viewing the Calendar |

Click on Calendar
(black menu box). The link will open to this month's Monthly Calendar.

To change the view, click on one of the blue tabs, such as Monthly List
or Weekly Calendar. |

To
reset to this month, click on This Month.
Click on
Next > and/or
< Previous, to search. |

Searching for a Group |
| Looking for a
particular group? Hold down Ctrl
and press F
at the same time. Type in a keyword such as the school's
name and click Next. The keyword will be highlighted on that
page. If there is no text, the message 'Text was not found' will appear.
If there are multiple findings, continue to click Next until you
find them all. |

PL
stands for planetarium.
9:40 AM
- 10:40 AM - Welch Elementary School's 3rd grade is coming to the
planetarium for a field trip.

AM - 11:50 AM - Welch Elementary School's 3rd grade is coming to the
planetarium for a field trip.
1:45 PM
- 3:00 PM (follow-up visit) - Patterson Elementary School's 3rd
grade has a classroom visit. The planetarium director will be at
Patterson Elementary. Note: this is only for district 204 groups.

- 10:40 AM - Fry Elementary School and McCarty will be sharing a
program. One 5th grade class from each school will attend. Note: this
is only for district 204 groups.

(Example: 18th & 29th). Note: All religious holidays also appear on the
calendar. The planetarium is NOT closed for all holidays.
Breaks such as Spring Break and Winter Break.
Special Closures will appear in blue on the
calendar (Example: 14th). |

(District 204 students are not in school. Non-district
