Scout Reservations

Step 1: Head Count

How many seats will you need? Include scouts, parents, and siblings.

Step 2: Program Date

	Sky Map Programs - View the Sky Map Schedule.
	Scout Workshops - A date must be arranged with the planetarium's director. Workshops can start as early as 4 pm but start no later than 6 pm. Workshops can be scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays. You can look for openings by clicking on 'CALENDAR'.

Step 3: Email

Send an email to Stephanie Gove at stephanie_gove@ipsd.org. In your email, please include:

1.Your Name & Phone Number

2. Pack or Troop Number (Name of your group)

3. Number of seats

4. Your group’s grade level

5. Your program choice and date if applicable

Step 4: Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation via email. Please wait until after you receive confirmation before making final arrangements with your scouts.

Step 5: Payment

Please pay during your visit. Do not ask to be billed. Check and cash are accepted (no coins). Make checks payable to Indian Prairie School District 204.
